the room was big for the three of us , and it was nice and clean. the beds were comfy and the room was warm.
the interior of the hotel was underwhelming , despite being renewed in 2020.

train station polite staff quiet ambiance easy access
the hotel is near the train station, made my arrival easy. the staff were polite and professional from the start. i found the hotel peaceful and quiet (a big plus for me). the location allowed simple access to various attractions.
the room was a little too warm and i had trouble adjusting the thermostat, however i could get reception to solve it.

breakfast offered fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, milk, juice, cornflakes, and more. i also noticed coffee, tea, cakes, and snack bars were available. dinner service was available in the evenings for an additional fee.

the reception staff were friendly. they were very helpful and cute upon arrival. the staff in the breakfast room were especially amazing (i really liked their attitude and responsiveness to requests).

The breakfast included was great. the bed was comfortable. parking cost £7 for 24 hours. I considered that fair. the location is advantageous for visiting the city centre.
The interior felt underwhelming. The wifi signal intermittently dropped.

Fantastic Stay Near the Train Station!
amazing politeness great tone restful night
The staff displayed amazing politeness and professionalism, setting a great tone for my stay. I felt welcomed throughout my visit and ALL my needs were met. The hotel's peaceful ambiance ensured a restful night's sleep, a TRUE blessing.
The wifi was unstable. It kept going on and off during my entire stay. This was problematic for me.

My room included an Edwardian fireplace and an excellent bookcase. These fixtures created a unique atmosphere. The room also featured high quality fixtures, BETTER than those in more expensive hotels.

The staff members I dealt with were polite. They also demonstrated efficiency. Their helpfulness made the check-in process seamless, showing that they are competent, too.

Fantastic Stay, Great Location
excellent parking easy reach fabulous breakfasts nice bar
i enjoyed the excellent parking and proximity to town i also found the rail station within easy reach. marie provided fabulous breakfasts each morning i stayed at the hotel. the bar was nice and the staff were great. the room was big it was really nice.
the wifi signal was a little weak sometimes it occasionally disconnected this was only a minor inconvenience though

the hotel is close to a shopping mall and a train station it is about 200 meters to the shopping mall. a bus goes from the train station to the p and o ferry for a small fee. hull city centre is within easy reach.

the staff was friendly and helpful they provided extra care and attention. david at reception gave us directions and a map he also gave us a taxi number. i found the staff very approachable and ready to help.

the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. my king size room included a jacuzzi bath. the bathroom had accessible showers provided. the room was surprisingly spacious even with bikes stored in it.
